OnPoint was established to work primarily with public service organisations, and as such we have always had a clear sense of purpose and passion for improving the lives of people. Our business is driven by a strong set of values amd principles that define who we are, how we engage with our clients, how we relate to people, and how we manage our business.

Our Philosophy is unambiguous and encapsulated in five core value principles.

  1. Put the customer first and everything else will follow. We know that the only view that counts in the long-term is that of our clients and their customers. Every decision we make starts with the question "what is best for the customer?"

  2. Our first and lasting priority is value creation for our clients. We are in business to improve our clients' performance, creating long-term, win-win relationships and relentlessly focussing on their desired outcomes.

  3. We are plain speaking. We base our advice on hard evidence, experience, and creativity. We do not wrap our recommendations in business-school speak that detracts from the central message
