The successful management of change requires an unwavering holistic approach to driving consequential benefits and payoffs. A change programme may deliver the necessary outputs within the time, quality and cost constraints but still be deemed a failure if it did not identify, track and realise the benefits of the programme.

OnPoint can lead or support the crucial active benefits realisation process of a change programme. Typically, it is left to the project or programme manager to track and deliver benefits and this is often little more than a post-implementation review. This is too little, too late.

In contrast our approach is ensure the business case is sufficiently robust to drive the focus of the change agenda, and directly linked to mandatory outcomes and key success criteria. We see benefits realisation as a continuous parallel work stream of the change programme.

OnPoint will help develop the success criteria, benefits and payoffs of your change programme and the means by which these criteria will be measured, captured (existing or new data source), quanitifed and monitored.
