We help clients improve their organisation's capacity to deliver more with less, This often takes the form of an assignment with three discerete phases: Diagnosis (where are we now?), Hypothesis (options appraisal), Feasibility (validation of recommendations); and typically followed by subsequent Implementation and Review phases.

To start with, OnPoint will provide a frank, accurate and comprehensive assessment of your organisation's inherent capabilities and capacity for fulfilling its strategic objectives within its unique set of constraints. We know each organisation is unique with different challenges. That is why we avoid tick-box style analysis and instead rely upon hard facts, rich knowledge elicitation and first hand observation to define the status quo.

This initial analysis includes cultural mapping; assessment of adopted practice, process, and procedures; effectiveness of business intelligence and decision support systems; exploitation of enabling technologies; cost and performance benchmarking; function/service reviews. From this work, we are able to accurately determine your current position, and direction and speed of travel.
